1. Re-route unanswered questions to new experts

Stop letting good questions go unanswered

Admins can now manually re-trigger expert routing for questions that never received an answer. As your user base grows and new experts join, previously stranded questions can finally find their way to the right person.

🚀 What's new

• A "Re-route unanswered questions" action has been added to the admin question management action menu
• Re-routing re-evaluates expert matching using the current Knowledge Engine at the time of action

• Fewer dead ends: Questions that sat unanswered indefinitely can now be matched to experts who joined or became relevant after the original routing attempt.
• Always fresh routing: Re-routing uses the latest Knowledge Engine and never contacts the same expert twice for the same question, keeping outreach relevant and non-repetitive.

⚙️ How it works:

1. Go to the Admin Area and open Question Management
2. Choose "Re-route unanswered questions" from the action menu
3. Starmind handles the rest, using the latest expert data to find the best match
