  • Previously, experts and interested users received the same notification when a new question was posted, making it unclear why the notification was relevant to them. We’ve now introduced a dedicated notification type for interested users, making understanding the context and relevance easier. This helps users stay informed without confusion and ensures a more personalised experience.

📣 Topic question report for admin users

Admin users can now generate question reports by combining up to three topics. This powerful new functionality helps identify patterns and trends across related knowledge areas. To do so, navigate to "Content management" in the admin area, click on "Topics" and then on the context menu (three dots), and then select “Export questions” from the dropdown menu.

Improved Features

  • When multiple topics are selected on the Topics page, users can now:
    • View detailed information for each selected topic individually in separate tabs
    • Access a combined view of selected topics
  • As searching users sometimes forget about the possibility of asking a question when not finding their answers in the search results, we now show a guiding button on the search overview page.
  • Admin users can now activate and deactivate available connectors in the admin area (Integration & Services > Connectors).

  • You can now find an additional “company” filter in your Analytics Dashboard.
  • On Insights, we’re now informing users about the feature’s restrictions as it is based on old AI technology. As we advance, it will be replaced with the Topics page. Learn more about it in this article.
