Why Answer on Starmind

Answering helps colleagues succeed and reduces repeated questions. One answer can help many people, not just the original asker.

Tip: Starmind notifies you when it detects that you may be an expert for a new question. But you can always contribute proactively. Browse open questions and share your knowledge, even if you weren’t automatically identified.

How to Answer a Question

You can find questions in:

• The Feed
• The Home Page, in the the Questions for You module

To answer:

1. Select a question and click Answer
2. Write in clear, complete sentences
3. Add links, images, files, code snippets, or references as needed
4. Tag other experts if it helps improve the response

Answer tips:

• Be factual and concise
• Provide enough context that no follow-up is required
• Use a respectful, helpful tone
