The question escalation function makes sure the number of unsolved questions can be managed and kept to a minimum. If activated, questions that remain unsolved after a defined period of time can be escalated via Starmind notification to a list of recipients. The escalation can be activated either for every question or every first question of a user that remains unsolved.
To be defined by you:
- Activation yes / no
- If yes: for all unsolved questions or first question of a user, after how many hours and list of recipients (only user ID's possible, not mail lists)
