Question reporting

When enabled, this feature allows users to report questions for inappropriate content. Question reporters are anonymous.

If a question is reported, a notification is sent to each user identified within this setting. Those notified will have the option to deactivate the question themselves. Questions reported by three different users will be automatically deactivated. To be defined by you:

• Activation yes / no
• If yes: list of recipients
